I think I reached my goal of being able to feel comfortable in the kitchen and feed myself food that is not junk. The documentation part of 100 meals with photos didn’t go as well as planned, but such is life in the tropics. Happy 2011 :)
Meal 53 // mushroom ravioli with garlic tomato marinara sauce, freshly grated parmesan cheese and organic whole milk yogurt. yogurt and marinara sauce is key!
Next time, it’s probably not a good idea to get sub par ingredients…and maybe cut down on the pork.
